RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Return Policy

We accept product returns within 30 days of your order being received in the mail.

To be eligible for a refund the following product return conditions apply -  

  1. The items must not have been used or worn.
  2. The packaging and tags must be intact and in the same condition they were received.
  3. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  4. Please also refer to “Exceptions / non-returnable items” below.

If the returned products adequately meet the criteria above a refund will be made.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can promptly resolve your concerns and / or issues.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for the following-

  1. Products that are customised or are limited-edition items i.e. special orders or personalized items.
  2. Sales items e.g. close-out sales.

The warranty and return policies for the TENX USA do not extend to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.

Exchanges
To service your product exchange promptly (after your refund has been successfully processed) we recommend you make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will promptly process your eligible returns by providing a refund through your original payment method. Please be aware that banks and other payment providers vary in the time it takes to process refunds.
